INTRO

Welcome to the realm of Zarethorne : consisting of the mountainous region of Frostspine, the plains of Wrathfell, the marshlands of Dreadswathe, the unforgiving desert of Searwind and the advanced city of Luminforge.
A land once torn apart by war and greed, until it was united by King Asaph. He ruled from a central throne and the inhabitants were able to travel and trade freely without fear.
But alas, peace would not last. An unknown assassin has killed the king and, with no heir to the throne, sent the land back into a state of turmoil.
You must gather your warriors and reunite the land by claiming the central throne.
Or fail and become just another victim of the Trail Of Crowns...

GAMEPLAY

While the lore and exact gameplay are still being refined, what we can tell you is - that it will be easy to learn, yet still require plenty of strategy and skill if you want to dominate the battlefield!
There will also be multiple ways to play. We want to make this a TCG that anyone can enjoy.
Whether you like duels, solo or co-op campaigns, epic boss battles or stronghold defense where multiple players are pitted against one - Trail of Crowns will have something for everyone!
Tournament gameplay will be 1 VS 1 duels. However, base game supports unlimited number of players. We will then release expansions that open up other game modes. All character cards will be useable with all game modes!
Oh and duplicate cards can be used to level up your warriors without taking up space in your main deck! We want every card to be as useful as possible to minimize waste, while still offering the thrill of opening booster packs and trying to finish your collection.
