Where are your games made?

Currently our games are manufactured in the U.S. Depending on multiple factors out of our control this may change at any time. Once we expand to sell globally we will partner with multiple factories to get our games in the hands of our customers as quickly as possible.

When Will I Get My Order?

We will be shipping all games from our warehouse in TN and any processed order will be shipped the next business day. After that the time it takes will depend on what shipping option you selected at checkout. All apparel, mugs, and decor are made to order and will ship from our partners separately from our games. You may receive multiple packages for your order, and on different days. Please allow up to an additional 7 days for made to order items.

Will There Be Separate Shipping Charges?

To help you avoid paying too much for shipping, we have implemented a nominal flat rate shipping charge for all orders, regardless of number of packages your order ships in. Alternatively you could take advantage of FREE shipping when you order $50+

Do You Accept Returns?

We accept returns on any unopened merchandise within the first 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We will replace/refund any merchandise if it is received damaged, or wrong item is sent. We must be notified of any issues within the 14 day window. If there is any issue with your order, or you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us, and we will do whatever it takes to resolve the issue.
